This policy describes how the personal data of users who visit the Camere A'Marina website and send requests through the contact form or WhatsApp are processed, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Through the contact form we collect the data you voluntarily provide: name, email address, phone number (optional), check-in and check-out dates, room of interest and the text of your message. If you contact us via WhatsApp, we process your phone number and the content of the conversation.

The website does not use profiling cookies or advertising tracking tools.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Data are processed solely to respond to requests for information and bookings and to manage the relationship with the guest. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject and the consent given when submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR).

4. Processing methods and providers

Data are processed with electronic tools and appropriate security measures. To manage requests we rely on the following providers, acting as data processors:

• Formspree Inc. — delivery of contact-form messages (servers in the United States);
• Google Ireland Ltd. — email inbox (Gmail) for receiving requests;
• Netlify Inc. — website hosting;
• WhatsApp / Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — where contact is made through WhatsApp.

Some providers may process data outside the European Union; in such cases the transfer is based on adequate safeguards provided for by the GDPR (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

Data are kept for the time necessary to handle the request and any stay, and thereafter for the period required by legal obligations. After that period the data are deleted or anonymised.

You may at any time exercise the rights set out in Articles 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection to processing and data portability, as well as withdraw the consent given. To exercise these rights you can write to teatrogrecocafesrls@gmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
